Andrew was today asked to join the Fisheries Bill Committee, the committee will play a vital role in progressing the bill through Parliament and setting the new policy with which our fisheries will operate under following the end of the EU transition period.
Speaking before the first committee Andrew said:
"Very pleased to have been asked to be on the Fisheries Bill Committee which begins this morning. With this Bill, we will revolutionise our fishing industry, create jobs and build the frameworks to manage our fisheries as an independent coastal state, outwith the hated CFP."
