Today Andrew was present for the breaking of ground by FMR and Hillcrest at the site of their new development in Stonehaven.
The development will contain 91 new affordable houses at the Ury Estate. Andrew has consistently voiced his opinions on the housing need across the UK and said he was "delighted to see the local requirement in Stonehaven is being addressed with developments likes this one."
