Last week Andrew met people in Auchenblae and Drumtochty to discus their concerns regarding poor mobile phone signal and connectivity. Earlier today Andrew raised their concerns in the House of Commons during Home Office Questions.
He highlighted that rural communities were promised the Emergency Services Network would help improve things and asked what was causing the hold up.
