Andrew was quoted in the Daily Mail saying, "It's worrying that troop numbers have been allowed to get so low, there are a lot of global threats – Russia, North Korea, the Islamic terrorism in the Middle East."
The concern is that we have full-time Army of only 60,000 is simply not enough to do the jobs that we are asking them to do.
